PickPro is a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent service professionals in the Pakistan.
By accessing or using PickPro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you should not use PickPro.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
PickPro facilitates connections and bookings between customers and independent service professionals. Professionals are not employees, agents, or representatives of PickPro.
PickPro is not the direct service provider unless expressly stated. The services are performed by the selected independent professional.
Professionals may be required to provide identity and KYC information and to satisfy platform requirements before offering services on PickPro. Verification processes help support platform integrity but do not constitute government certification or a guarantee of any professional's conduct or quality unless expressly stated.
Service details, price, date and time, location, and the selected professional are confirmed through the platform. You should review all booking information before confirming a booking.
Booking status may change through acceptance, rescheduling, cancellation, completion, or other relevant states. You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the status of your bookings.
Prices and applicable fees are displayed at the time of booking. Platform or service fees or commissions may apply as disclosed within the app or booking flow.
Payment options depend on the methods currently supported by PickPro. We do not represent that any particular online payment method is available unless it is actually supported and offered to you.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund rules may apply depending on the circumstances of the booking. Applicable rules and any associated fees will be shown in the app or booking flow where relevant.
Approved refunds, where applicable, are generally returned to the original payment method used for the booking.

PickPro may restrict or suspend accounts for serious violations of these standards.
You are responsible for the content and reviews you submit. You should not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, or privacy-violating content. PickPro may remove content that violates these standards.
The PickPro name, logo, interface, branding, and platform content are protected and may not be copied, reproduced, or misused without permission.
PickPro may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, connectivity, or third-party systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
PickPro facilitates marketplace transactions between customers and independent professionals. Independent professionals are responsible for providing their services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
PickPro may restrict or suspend accounts for serious violations, fraud, safety concerns, misuse, or non-compliance with platform rules.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The current version and date will be displayed publicly. Continued use of PickPro after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and regulations of the Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights available to users.
